Investing time with people of leadership qualities is important.  Three times a month, in a home group setting, we meet with a family of friends who we have worked together with for years.  We study pertinent scriptures, where we feel the Holy Spirit wants to impart fresh direction and confirmation to those who will be ready in season and out, to do the work of the gospel.
